Who are we?

Welcome to Corks & Forks Escapes, your ultimate wine and food holiday in the heart of Southwest France.

We are a Belgian couple who left Belgium two years ago to pursue our love for food, wine, and hospitality. Now, we proudly run Château De Sanse, a charming estate located just 20 minutes from the world-renowned Saint-Émilion.

This unique experience invites you to immerse yourself in the culinary and wine culture of the region. Explore exclusive wineries in Saint-Émilion, Pomerol, and Bergerac, tasting some of the finest wines France has to offer.

Back at the château, join our Executive Head Chef for two interactive cooking classes, where you'll learn to prepare classic French dishes using fresh, local ingredients. Together, we’ll turn simple recipes into unforgettable meals to enjoy in the tranquil surroundings of our estate.

What is the itinerary?

  • 2 cooking classes at the Chateau with our head chef
